1. The petitioner contends that though the petitioner's premises no. is B/12A/H/21, Kalitala Bose Lane, Ward no. 34, Borough-III, however, a notice pertaining to illegal construction at premises no. B/12A/H/15 has been pasted on the outer wall of the petitioner's premises.

2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, I find that the petitioner straight away has challenged the above notice dated 19th August 2025 without making any demand justice. It is well settled that a writ of mandamus cannot be issued without the petitioner praying for demand of justice.

3. With the above observation the writ petition is dismissed.

4. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order duly downloaded from this Court's official website.
