The petitioners seek parity with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail earlier.

I have considered the material on record.

The petitioners appear to be similarly circumstanced with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail and deserve the same benefit.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, petitioners namely Sulekha Bhowmick, Sumana Bhowmick, Rita Bhowmick and Uma Bhowmick @ Umarani Bhowmick be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioners shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
