1. None appears for the parties. On perusal of the earlier order dated 04.12.2025 it reveals that on the said date, the parties were also not present and accordingly, the instant matter is listed today under the heading 'For Dismissal'.

2. In view of absence of the appellants, M.A.T. 901 of 2025 is dismissed for default. With the dismissal of the instant appeal, I.A. No. CAN 1of 2025 is also dismissed.

3. Interim order, if there be any, stands hereby vacated.
