In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties WPA 12408 of 2026 stands disposed of by remanding the matter to the concerned Station Manager who is in seisin in terms of the order dated 7 September 2022.

It is fairly submitted on behalf of the WBSEDCL that the order passed by the Station Manager is erroneous inasmuch as he has no authority or jurisdiction to decide the question of the title of the premises. The Station Manager is directed to take a final decision in terms of the order dated 7 September 2022 within fourteen days from the date of communication of this order.
