Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 3 submits that the application is required to be considered by the Board of Wakf. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the Board of Wakf to consider and decide the application for appointment of Mutwali in accordance with law. The Court is informed that the Board of Wakf is without the Chairman presently.

In such circumstances, the Board of Wakf will decide the application of the petitioner for appointment of Mutwali within eight weeks from the date of appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Wakf.

WPA 12720 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
