This contempt application is assigned to this Bench. We direct Mr. Mukteswar Maity, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to serve a copy of this application upon the learned Government Pleader as early as possible with an intimation that this matter shall be listed under the heading "Contempt Application" on 15th January, 2021.

The pendency of this contempt application shall not prevent the alleged contemnor for complying with the order if it had not been complied with in the meantime. We also direct the sole contemnor/respondent to be personally present on the adjourned date with an affidavit of compliance, failing which, we shall be constrained to issue rule of contempt against the said contemnor/respondent.

This order shall also be communicated to the sole contemnor/respondent.
