For the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has produced a communication before us dated 13.09.2021 from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education permitting his transfer to the post of Assistant Teacher against revised recommendation of commissioner of School Education.

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the appellant stands resolved.

However, we direct the Headmaster/TIC Chowbata Junior High School to transfer all the documents relating to his service to the transferee educational institution namely, Kalna Ambika M.M. High School (H.S.) positively within a period of three weeks from date.

The appeal accordingly, stands allowed.

The communication dated 13.9.2021 is kept with the record.
