Execution Case No. 115 of 2010 had been dismissed for non prosecution on 19.06.2017. Let the said report be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the State is present. The petitioner appeared in person and submitted that the dispute has been resolved between the parties and the wife and the minor daughter are residing together. The wife i.e. Emilly Mukherjee and daughter i.e. Poulami Mukherjee who has become major is also present before the Court. The application filed by the petitioner who had appeared in person. Let the said application be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the State has filed a compliance report on behalf of the Kalighat Police Station dated 28.11.2023. Let the said report be kept on record.

In compliance with the order 25.09.2023 the petitioner as well as opposite parties are present before the Court. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with. In view of the above circumstances, the instant revisional application and connected application are dismissed for nonprosecution. Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned trial court for compliance.
