CRAN 13 of 2022 With the consent of the parties, let the application being CRAN 13 of 2022 is taken up for hearing treating the same as on day's list.
Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for an accommodation. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
Mr. Ali, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.
Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State Trading Corporation India Limited (S.T.C) intends to submit certain documents with the Investigating Officer of the case which according to the learned advocate is an impediment because of the orders passed by this court.
Learned advocate for the opposite party no.2 is directed to hand over the documents through the opposite party no.2 or his authorized representative to the Investigating Officer of the case who would accept such documents and proceed with the issues so far as collection of the documents or reports are concerned. Let a report be submitted before this court regarding the handing over of the documents and the progress made by the Investigating Officer as directed above.
The interim order earlier passed will not preclude the Investigating Officer for working out on the documents so submitted by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.
Let the revisional application being 1546 of 2017 appear under the same heading on 5th May, 2022. Except as directed above, the interim order will continue till 10th May, 2022. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 13 of 2022 is disposed of.
