The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding of GR Case No. 3584 of 2011 arising out of Hare Street P.S. Case No. 725 dated 8th October, 2011 under Sections 120B/408/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 pending before the Court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. From the above conduct of the petitioner it seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 1547 of 2013 is, thus, dismissed for default without any order as to costs. Consequently CRAN 1 of 2017 (old No. CRAN 2058 of 2017 ) is also disposed of.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information.
