Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband was enlarged on statutory bail. The police filed charge sheet, inter alia, under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code after conducting an investigation, inter alia, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that the custodial detention of the petitioners is no longer required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary.
