Dakshineswar Police Station has filed a report dated 29.06.2023 and the same is taken on record. F.S.L. report has been received by them and final report not charge sheeted for want of evidence being 140 of 2023 dated 23rd June, 2023 has been submitted before the ACJM, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

In view of the above, this Court notes that the order has been complied with albeit with some delay.

The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law against the final report. Dakshineswar Police Station shall make a copy of the final report available to the petitioner.

The contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
