Ms. Sumitra Das .....for the petitioner Ms. Kasturi Tarafdar...for the respondent no. 2 Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ....for the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Baguiati Police Station case no. 207 of 2020 dated 2.7.2020 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the State and submits a report enclosed with a further statement of defacto complainant Uttama Roy being recorded. The application for quashing was primarily filed on the foundation that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the wife/defacto complainant and the husband and his family members.

Having regard to the statement which speaks that the defacto complainant has again been thrown out from the matrimonial house, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court.

Reports so submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Accordingly, CRR 1615 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
