Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in his property construction is being raised at the behest of some of the private respondents.

Petitioner being aggrieved by such act complained to the police authorities but no action has been taken.

Learned advocate for the private respondents denies and disputes the contentions and submits that the property referred to is undemarcated property. Learned advocate for the state is present.

I find that the representation was made on 02.05.2023.

Having considered that more than one and a half year have passed since the information was

submitted before the police authorities, I give liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh information before the local police authorities along with all the documents in his possession. The local police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law and inform him the outcome of their findings.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12164 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
