Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the order which has been passed by the Pradhan allegedly in compliance with the direction passed by the Court on 2nd March, 2021 is an absolute illegal order. The contemnors have not acted in true letter and spirit of the direction that has been passed by the Court.

I am afraid the submission of the petitioners cannot be looked into in the contempt jurisdiction. It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the reasoned order dated 24th August, 2022 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The contempt rule stands discharged.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
