The instant revision was filed by the accused/petitioner praying for quashing of the proceedings in G.R.(S) No.614 of 2019 currently pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta arising out of Park Street Police Station Case No.79 of 2019 dated 23rd May, 2019 under Sections 408/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit today, stating, inter alia, that in connection with the aforesaid Park Street Police Station Case No.79 of 2019, police submitted final report.

Therefore, the instant revision becomes infructuous.

In view of such circumstances, the instant criminal revision is dismissed being infructuous. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
