.....For the State Mr. Mritunjoy Halder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits a letter of instruction dated October 2, 2024, as appears from the said letter the petitioner expresses her willingness not to proceed with the writ petition any further. Copy of the said instruction is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the date is wrongly typed out on the instruction letter, the same should be September 2, 2024.

Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the State respondents. In view of the above submissions, made on behalf of the petitioner through her learned advocate, this writ petition, WPA 13137 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
