CAN 6 of 2023 is taken up for further hearing. Photocopy of Death Certificate issued by Bijur-I Gram Panchayat in respect of Pramila Ghosh, since deceased, is furnished on behalf of the respondent.

Considering the submission of Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties and also considering the Death Certificate, let the name of Pramila Ghosh be expunged. As all her legal heirs are already on record, so no substitution is required.

Photocopy of Death Certificate be kept with the record.
