On 2nd September, 2025 the appeal and the application were dismissed.

The learned counsel for the appellant by the instant application has prayed that the appeal and the application may be "disposed of" instead of "dismissed" recorded in the order dated 2nd September, 2025.

In view thereof, order dated 2nd September, 2025 is modified to the extent that the appeal and the application were disposed of on that date.
