Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order impugned dated January 28, 2025 passed by the disciplinary authority is an appealable order.

2. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the writ application with the liberty to file an appropriate appeal before the appropriate authority.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner WPA 11935 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to take appropriate steps by filing an appeal before the appropriate appellate authority.

4. It is made clear that if the petitioner will file an application for condoning the delay; the appellate authority shall consider the same in accordance with law. (Krishna Rao, J.)
