Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that on 16.05.2024, the victim was recovered. On 17.05.2024, she was produced before the learned Magistrate. Her statement was thereafter recorded under Section 164 of the Code. She was released on PR bond and she is presently residing with her mother at her house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the girl has been recovered and has come back to her home.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

As the prime grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
