This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the learned jurisdictional Magistrate, before whom the cases against the petitioner are pending, for supply of the certificate copies of all the documents, which have been filed by the police authorities.

Such order cannot be passed by this Court under the present jurisdiction. The remedy of the petitioner, if any, would be to file an appropriate application before the concerned court which exercises superintending power over the learned Judicial Magistrate.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
