Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in March, 2023. Hence, we do not wish to grant bail to him at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
