The writ petitioner complains that members of certain political party have forcibly entered into his land and are creating nuisance.

It is submitted that earlier a construction made by the members of a political party was demolished by intervention of the police.

The remedy of the petitioner in respect of his property is before an appropriate civil forum. However, Rajapur Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and the petitioner is able to enjoy his property without any disturbance from other persons.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
