1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father-plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 7th Court, Alipore, to dispose of Title Suit No.1081 of 2022 expeditiously.

2. Learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, submits that a substitution application which was filed on 10th of January, 2023 is still pending. He further submits that the injunction application is yet to be disposed of and is still pending from the year 2022.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to pass any direction to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of this revisional application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial Court.

4. From the order sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that 15th of May, 2023 was

fixed for hearing of the substitution application and for filing of the written statement by the defendant nos.3 and 4.

5. In the light of the submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 1915 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned trial Judge to make an endeavour to see that the substitution application is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the application for substitution, the learned trial Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of all the interlocutory applications expeditiously. Thereafter, the learned trial Judge shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

6. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
