Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. There are statements of witnesses implicating the petitioner in the torture of the housewife who suffered unnatural death within 11⁄2 years of marriage.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and as the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier and there is no significant change in circumstances since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
