In the fourth line of 4th paragraph of order dated 6th December, 2021, the words 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar at Nadia' be read as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
