As per the order dated 29th November, 2021, the respondent, C.B.I. has submitted a report stating, inter alia, that the appellant Madhusudan Barpanda has expired. The family members of the appellant were asked as to whether they want to proceed with the instant appeal or not, but as per the report they are not inclined to proceed with the instant appeal. Accordingly, on the death of the sole appellant, the instant appeal be filed forever.

Lower court record, if any, be returned to the Trial Court along with this order.
