1. The order dated 21.07.2023 shall stand corrected to indicate that Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned advocate appeared for the D.P.P.G. and not for the State.

2. The D. P. P. G. has filed CAN 1 of 2022 seeking clarification of the order dated 20.07.2022.

3. It is clarified that the said sum of Rs.2,71,432/- together with 8 per cent interest shall be transmitted by the concerned D. I. of Schools to the Treasury Officer-in-question within seven days and the Treasury Officer shall cause transfer of the said amount to the petitioner's pension account in bank within a period of three days thereof.

4. The aforesaid directions are mandatory and peremptory.

5. CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of

this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
