1. The learned advocates appearing for the respective parties would submit that the parties have resolved the disputes amicably and an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 (in short the said Act) has been filed before the learned Court.

2. Having regard thereto, the petitioner would submit that he does not want to proceed with the instant revisional application. A copy of the communication issued to the petitioner's advocate along with the envelope intimating him that the petitioner intends to file the application under Section 13B of the said Act and a print out from the eCourt website demonstrating the factum of filing the application under Section 13B of the said Act are taken on record.

3. Having regard to the above, since the petitioner does not want to proceed, let the revisional application being CO 1687 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.

4. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
