1. The petitioners participated in the recruitment process to the posts of Assistant Teachers conducted by the District Primary School Council, Malda in the year 2009.

2. Since the petitioners have filed the instant writ petition after the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 26th April, 2024, they cannot get the benefit of the said order.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
