Petitioners are aggrieved by the proclamation and attachment in issue in connection with Bangaon Police Station Case No. 510/2023 dated 25.05.2023. The order dated 04.03.2024 reflects that proclamation and attachment was issued simultaneously. Till date, according to the State, the proclamation and attachment order has not been executed. In view of the liberty of the petitioners being in question, the proclamation and attachment so issued by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24Parganas be stayed in connection with Bongaon Police Station Case No. 510/2023 dated 25.05.2023 till 20th June, 2024. Petitioners would be at liberty to exhaust the remedy available in law in the aforesaid period of 20th June, 2024. Needless to state that the

warrant of arrest so issued will remain in force and there is no bar of the Police authority to execute the same.

If the petitioners do not appear or surrender before the Court within 20th June, 2024, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas would be at liberty to revive the proclamation so issued on the next working day. With the aforesaid observation, CRR/1920/2024 is disposed of.
