The petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person, namely, Alam Sk who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS) 119 of 2026.

Having considered the same and in spite of the objection raised by the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed on Alam Sekh in CRM(NDPS) 119 of 2026.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1331 of 2026 is Allowed.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
