1. This intra-court appeal is directed against an order dated 09.08.2021, passed in WPA 11878 of 2021, by which the writ petition was dismissed.

2. The Court noted that the notice was issued under Rule 8 of the Security of Interest (Enforcement) Rules. The Court also found that other efficacious alternative remedies are available against the notice impugned in the writ petition. For the reasons, the writ petition was dismissed.

3. We find that no ground has been made to interfere with the said order.

4. The appeal is dismissed.

5. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2021 also stands dismissed.
