The petitioner is the defendant of the Title Suit No. 2606 of 2023, which is pending before the learned Judge, 7th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

The petitioner is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of all pending applications in the suit. The learned Trial Judge is requested to make all endeavour to dispose of the said pending applications, if those are otherwise ready for such disposal, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. C.O. 1689 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the opposite party.
