The I. C., Egra Police Station has filed a report dated 23.08.2021. Title Suit No. 290 of 2020 is pending before the learned Civil Judge(Senior Division), 2nd Court at Contai for partition and administration of joint property.

Injunction has been ordered after which the private respondents submit that there is no construction. An FIR being Egra P. S. Case No. 254 of 2021 has been registered.

It is expected that the investigation into the said FIR is completed within one month from date, if not already done.

The parties may agitate their other civil grievances in the pending suit or any other proceedings that they may take out in accordance with law.

The Egra Police Station shall strictly enforce any order that may be passed by the civil court.

The instructions of the I. C., Egra Police Station dated 23.08.2021 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
