1. Mr. Dinabandhu Chowdhury, learned counsel submits that his client has filed an application for review of the order dated December 23, 2025 along with an application for leave to file the review application and an application for stay of the order dated December 12, 2025.
2. This Court finds that the application and the review application filed by the client of Mr. Dinabandhu Chowdhury are not on board. Accordingly, the department is directed to place CAN 1 of 2026, CAN 2
of 2026 and CAN 3 of 2026 along with RVW 67 of 2026 on the next date fixed.
3. Let the matter appear on May 6, 2026 along with RVW 67 of 2026 under the same heading.
