However, learned Advocate appearing for the State fairly submits before this Court that during pendency of the instant application for bail, the case has been disposed of and the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge.

In view of the above, the instant application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 5294 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.
