Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner seeks mutual transfer with the proforma respondent within the District of South 24 Parganas.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, South 24 Parganas shall, after receiving necessary information from the D.I., South 24 Parganas as regards the confirmation and service of the petitioner and the proforma respondent, take a decision on the application for mutual transfer in accordance with the applicable rules, within a period of ten weeks from date.

With the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this order to the DPSC, South 24 Parganas.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
