The petitioner was granted interim bail which was confirmed by the learned trial Court on 30th November, 2018. Since then the petitioner continued to abscond till warrant of arrest was issued against him. He surrendered and again absconded. This continued for a considerable period of time for which charges could not be framed. Finally, the learned trial Court issued warrant of arrest against him on 24th June, 2024. He was brought under arrest on 8th April, 2025 and is in custody since then. In view of the deplorable conduct of the petitioner resulting in considerable delay in trial, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
