The dispute arises essentially with regard to the correction of the record of rights. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has already given no objection for the correction of the record of rights in favour of the de facto complainant.

2. Having regard to such facts and the order passed earlier, we allow this application for anticipatory bail. 3.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Raghunath Kotal @ Raghunat Kotal shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. present accused petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of this case as and when required and shall appear before the learned Trial Court within two weeks from date. 4.
