The learned advocate representing the petitioner on instruction would submit that the suit being Title Suit No. 468 of 2023 pending before the learned 10th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta has since been withdrawn and as such she has instruction not to proceed with the instant revisional application.

2. Since the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the revisional application, let the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
