This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his representation dated March 5, 2021 (Annexure-P/4) at page 20 to this writ petition by the Additional Regional Transport, Officer being the respondent no.2.

I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the materials placed on record. I am of the view that the representation of the petitioner is required to be considered by the concerned respondent. In light of the above, I direct the Addition Regional Transport Officer, being the respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated March 5, 2021 made by the petitioner upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the representative of the petitioner and all other interested parties and thereafter, pass necessary reasoned order within

a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such reasoned order.

With these above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
