Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioner had subjected her to penetrative sexual assault.

In view of incriminating materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
