Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has informed the police authorities as there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents who are miscreants and are adamant in nature. In spite of such information being received by the police authorities no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the State on the other hand submits that there were allegations of financial mismanagement and administrative irregularities which were found in a General Meeting held on 23.02.2025 and was attended by 140 villagers wherein it was resolved to reconstitute managing committee and the madrasa resumed operations on 12.04.2025 under the supervision of newly formed committee. There are specific averments in the report that a case being

Illambazar Police Station case no. 90/16 which is pending against the petitioner, however, the petitioner was granted bail on 14.12.2019 after he surrendered before the Court. There is an inter party dispute existing, to that effect proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Having regard to the fact that there is an inter party dispute which is reflected from the police report, police authorities would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties. In case, the situation is blown out of proportion, police authorities will not hesitate to deploy extra police personnel for restoring peace.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12206 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
