1. The civil revisional application is of the year 2024 has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 934 of 2016, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 6th Court at Alipore.

It appears that nine years have passed but the hearing of the suit has not been concluded. 3.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

It is submitted that the original suit is of the year 1996.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit being Title Suit No. 934 of 2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

Civil Revision is accordingly disposed of.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
