Learned lawyer for the State contends that prayer for bail of Radharani Das and Sabitri Das were turned down by a co-ordinate Bench of this court in CRM 4688 of 2021.

We have considered the materials on record. We note that the petitioner stands on the same footing with Sabitri Das and Radharani Das whose prayer for bail has been turned down. There is no substantial change in the matter since then. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
