The primary grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners cannot avail of the recourses under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 as the copy of the award has not been supplied to the petitioners. The petitioners submitted a representation dated 13th February, 2026 before the competent authority for supplying the copy of the award. The learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the copy of the award shall be supplied to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the receipt of the server copy of this order.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the competent authority, being the second respondent, to supply the copy of the award as sought for by the petitioners in the representation dated 13th February, 2026 as early as possible but positively within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy

of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
