And In Re : Khalek Mondal ...... petitioner Mr. Susnigdho Bhattacharya ....for the petitioner Mr. Suman De ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of November 2, 2017, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2970 of 2022 is dismissed.
