1. Narcotic Control Bureau seeks to prefer appeal against judgment of acquittal in respect of charges under Sections 8(C), 21(c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

2. Leave as prayed for is granted.

3. Appellant is directed to prefer the appeal from the impugned judgment of acquittal within 30 days from date.
